Questions
What counts as a user?
Every active person with a login: coordinators, admins and support workers. Archived people don't count.
Why a 5-user minimum?
RosterFill matches and backfills across a pool of workers, and below 5 there isn't a pool to match against.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Switch or cancel any time from Billing. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
Is SMS included?
SMS shift offers are on Professional. Message costs are billed at cost in arrears.
